I’m an average guy with a sweety of a wife, a wonderful 15 year old daughter (Olivia),  a 5 month old baby girl (Valerie).  Ourbottom line is that we like helping people. Plain and simple. We help them build online businesses that don't take away their family or personal life.
 

I love my family and they’re proud of me. I come from an average, middle class background. Grew up in Southern California about 20 minutes north of Los Angeles. 

I "grew up" in the Marine Corps. I became part of an elite group of people obsessed with mastery and team work. I learned how to positively manage fear and change. I learned how to set goals, make plans and TAKE ACTION. Priceless experience.

After the military I came home to work in Eye Surgery as a micro-surgery technician and earned my business degree in business administration and marketing. Eight years later I realized I was just spinning my wheels and was going nowhere.

Corporate America can only give you so much. Even if the money is great, the trade off is your TIME. And after a while, the politics on that treadmill is just not worth it. Seemingly everything was going great, however, I knew we wanted a better lifestyle...

We realized it was time to work for ourselves.

For the past seven years I've been working from home full time with consistent results. I've leveraged the internet and some really cool systems to create a six figure income from my laptop.

Just so you get a little credibility from me, the past 3 months my Internet Businesses have generated over $286,000 in cold hard cash, all WITHOUT having to cold call leads, chase people around or attend any "home meetings" or other old school, time consuming, non-leveraged strategies.

So I KNOW what I'm doing. And by teaching others what I do, I attract more success.

We LOVE to travel! Whether it’s at a five star resort in an exotic location, or just around the corner, or even hopping on an RV and cruising all the way to Yellowstone in Wyoming like we just did last summer.

Traveling is one of the many “perks” of owning an International Home Based Business that we enjoy. Having both the financial freedom and the time freedom to just get up and go when we want feels great.

Hobbies and Interests

There are lots of hobbies that we enjoy. I’m a big Harley freak! I love the wind in my face and the freedom of the open road. We also love to RV, hike and bike and be out in nature.

Pammy loves dogs and horses and one of our goals is to own a nice ranch one day so she can have her horse and dogs really close to her. She loves to sing and the girl can really burn up a dance floor.

Every Day is a New Adventure

We’ve been fortunate enough to earn a 6-figure income because of the successful internet marketing mentors we’ve worked closely with and have learned from.

I get to work as little or as much as I want. Some weeks I work as little as 2 hours a day. Other weeks (such as when I’m creating a brand new site), I’ll work 5-8 hours a day or more. But I set my own schedule. If it’s a beautiful day out, I’m not gonna miss it. If a buddy of mine calls up and wants to go out to lunch, I’m usually free to go.

I’m in the “Picks and Shovels” Business

When the 49’ers came to California in the 1800’s to look for “Gold in dem der hills”, WHO made the most money? It wasn’t the miners, it was the person who supplied all the equipment, picks, shovels and pans to all the miners. Only a few good and lucky ones actually struck it rich with Gold veins. If you can understand this one little concept, it can make YOU rich.

How Do I Automate My Online Business?

A lot of people want to know how I automate my online business and generate thousands on autopilot. I don’t do any cold calling or selling and all of my clients come to me. I’m like a reference librarian or a tour guide, who tells people where to go to get more information, and after they get it, I simply take their order and assist them in setting their online business up.

So what internet marketing systems do I use to automate and duplicate? What is it that you do, that will bring trust and credibility with your clients? That’s a “big secret” that no one will tell you, but when people buy a product or service from you, they’re not just buying the service, they’re buying you!

These days our business is pretty much on auto-pilot and we spend the majority of our time teaching people how to duplicate our set up.

Many people claim to have automated systems but the reality is that most people don't know enough about internet marketing to make their "systems" produce results.

An example is that most people promote online business opportunities where there "system" is their company replicated website. They are told to buy expensive leads, and cold call them to drive them to their replicated site. Or they go out and spend a fortune on google trying to drive traffic to these replicated sites.

That does NOT work. Company replicated sites do a TERRIBLE job of selling anything. That is NOT automation.

The Best Internet Marketing "System" In The World Won't Work If You Plug It Into An Inferior Program or Compensation Plan.

Most people are still trying to make money in outdated and inferior MLM or Network Marketing programs that have terrible compensation plans. These low ball programs have horrible compensation plans that pay "peanuts" and where you would have to sell and promote like a super star just to make a few bucks.

Please understand, I’ve already done the MLM thing and I was successful. But 95% of the people that joined me in that type of business would always fail. These days you'd have to sponsor a small country to make any real money. Half the people that join quit the program or stop buying products within 90 days of getting started. That means any residual income you were hoping for is gone too! AFTER having invested a lot of time and money into recruiting and training them. That's NOT a good business deal. 

 

I only promote online business systems that are truly complete, turn-key online marketing systems. All the important tools and even professional sales closers and advisors are included for you to use so you don't have to "sell, close or convince".  Your internet marketing system does that FOR you. The Problem

Anyway, for the last several years, most of my time was focused on online affiliate marketing (selling other people’s products and services) and building network marketing businesses.

Although I made great money, the time I was spending to build these types of businesses really took its toll. 12-15 hour days were not uncommon. I felt out of balance, I had put off a lot of my interests and hobbies to pursue the “3-5 Year Plan”, but I wasn’t happy.

I got burned out. Eventually, my “sun-seeking” spirit side said, “I’ve had enough!”. The daily routine of prospecting, recruiting, doing 3-way calls, trainings, and dealing with monthly attrition and qualification requirements can be very draining both emotionally and physically.

If you’ve been involved in any type of MLM (multi-level marketing) program, maybe you can relate.

Don’t get me wrong Network Marketing (MLM) is a legitimate way to make money, but over the last 60 years the industry has existed, 95% still fail. MLM requires selling and recruiting to create passive, residual income and most people don’t like to sell or recruit.

Promoting is not for everybody! Some people are good at it, but MOST people are not!

"Yeah, I know Franco, but I'm great at sales..."

That's great! But the problem is you'll just spin your wheels, because MOST people you'll recruit are terrible at it.

And they will NOT duplicate what you do. That means you'll work your butt off and get paid "peanuts" at best. Plus these days, the average rep only hangs around for about 3 months before they quit or switch to another program, so if you think you're ever going to build that illusive "walk away" residual income... don't count on it, it's just NOT going to happen. Blunt, I know... but real. DON'T believe the lies they have told you.
